Apparel: Hats
When applying the Austin College logo to apparel, it is acceptable to use the logo elements in a different configuration from that of the logo lockup, as follows:
a. The logo may be used on caps that are white, a Primary Palette color, or a neutral color light enough to allow the logo to be highly visible. The reversed logo may be used on caps that are black or crimson. The shield should be outlined in white to separate it from the background.
b. The shield may be used alone on the front of the cap; however, the logotype must appear elsewhere on the cap, such as on the back or side.
c. The Austin College logotype may be used alone on the front of the cap; however, the shield must appear elsewhere on the cap, such as on the back or side.
d. When branding a cap that features a College-related graphic on the front, the Austin College logo must be used in its entirety on the back.
Apparel: Shirts
When producing Austin College shirts, use shirt colors from the Primary Palette or neutral colors such as gray.
If reversing the logo, the shield should have a white outline.
It is preferable to use the Austin College logo in its entirety on the front. However, it is acceptable to use the logotype only, as long as the shield appears elsewhere on the shirt, such as on the back below the neck or on the sleeve.
When producing shirts for Austin College-sponsored events or activities, the event graphic or logo may be used on the front, while the Austin College logo must appear on the back.
