"I’m currently an Associate at MSquared, where I support the firm’s investment and development efforts across a range of real estate strategies. Before joining MSquared, I worked in asset management at Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group, helping manage more than $2 billion in assets across multifamily, office, retail, hotel, and industrial real estate.

My time studying International Economics and Finance at Austin College strengthened both my analytical thinking and my interest in how real estate, cities, and investment can shape communities. It also gave me the interdisciplinary foundation and global perspective that continue to influence my work today."

"Coming to Austin College, I encountered a collegial, supportive environment that helped shape my career and personal identity. The personalized education at AC meant I could approach professors or colleagues and get direction on how best to explore my academic interest in biology. This collaborative atmosphere helped me undertake research and clinical internships that in turn kindled my passion for bench-to-bedside research in cancer biology. I enjoyed a diverse array of extracurricular activities that fostered an enthusiasm for community service, mentorship, and conservation. These varied experiences shaped my multitude of interests, particularly my enjoyment of hiking, physical health, and educational outreach. I reflect fondly upon my time at AC, and I am fortunate that is has laid the foundation for me to start my career as a physician-scientist in Radiation Oncology."

"At Austin College, I started as a psychology student and graduated as a designer. The liberal arts environment gave me the freedom to explore beyond a single discipline, and my time as an Institutional Marketing & Communications intern at Austin College helped me build the foundation of my professional portfolio. Today, I work as a Senior Art Director & Designer at a creative agency where I've had the opportunity to create work for Fortune 500 retail and healthcare brands."

"Austin College gave me more than an education—it taught me how to think critically, communicate effectively, and approach challenges from multiple perspectives. The close relationships I built with professors and classmates encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone, ask thoughtful questions, and develop confidence in my abilities. That experience inspired me to pursue a master’s degree in Accounting & Business Analytics, and today I work as a Data Analyst in Asset Protection at 7-Eleven, where I develop Power BI dashboards, analyze large datasets to identify financial and operational risk and support data-driven investigations. The analytical mindset, adaptability, and lifelong curiosity I developed at Austin College continue to shape both my career and personal growth."

In addition to my work at Kula Sports Performance, I am also the founder and CEO of a company called Misfits Lifestyle brand—built with a mission to improve body image around clothing. I have taken my passion for fitness and service as well as a calling to raise awareness for men’s mental health causes into creating unique fitness challenges aimed at bringing men and women together to create a space where people are comfortable and confident to share their stories. I am incredibly grateful for my time at AC for so many reasons—many of which I did not understand until I had left Sherman. I learned leadership from the Service Station, which has helped me in my current career. I credit my four years on the baseball team for learning teamwork and competitive drive—as well as learning to overcome adversity. I also believe my time in the business classes was incredibly crucial and led to having a leg up on my peers immediately after graduation. I am so grateful for all the experiences at AC, every experience and struggle has helped me in just my short time since leaving Sherman.
