Being a great teacher
requires you to strengthen and refine your skills in communication, critical thinking, and collaboration. At graduation with a minor in education you will be prepared to:
- clearly communicate the results of research into the complex, ethical, political, or economic forces that influence educational policy in oral, written and electronic formats;
- utilize technology to plan, present, and reflect/receive feedback on instruction; and
- design and carry out effective and coherent instruction and assessment based on appropriate learning goals and objective.
