| Work Schedule: | M-F; Approximately 5 hours per day.; 12 months; Evenings and weekends as required. Schedule to be determined. |

| Position Summary: | Under limited supervision, provides general carpentry, electrical, and plumbing services for the improvement, replacement, and or maintenance of college facilities and college-owned real estate Performs essential functions personally, through others, or in conjunction with designated personnel or outside vendors/experts. |
| Minimum Knowledge: (Obtained through education, experience, training, licensure, certification, or through a combination of the aforementioned.) |
High School Diploma or equivalent. One year of related experience. |
