Business Affairs Office
The goal of Business Affairs Division is to support the educational programs of Austin College by providing effective and efficient utilization of all financial and physical resources available.
The Business Affairs area contains the programs of Business Office & Purchasing, Student Billing, Physical Plant, Campus Store, and Mailing and Printing Services.
Business Office & Purchasing
The Business Office & Purchasing handles various financial functions for the institution including accounts payable, accounts receivable, audited financial statements, grants management, inventory, IRS Form 990 & 990-T filings, payroll, and purchasing.
Campus Store
The Austin College Campus Book Store is conveniently located on the first floor of the Wright Campus Center. The Store provides textbooks, apparel, school supplies, fiction and non-fiction books, fan gear, gifts, course materials and Austin College clothing and merchandise.
Mailing & Printing Services
Mailing and Printing Services can do a variety of duplicating jobs and large or small mailings. Services include lamination, faxing, Express Mail, Federal Express and UPS shipping. This office is located adjacent to the Campus Post Office.
Physical Plant
The Physical Plant is responsible for the maintenance, operations and housekeeping of all buildings on the Austin College campus. This department seeks to provide a satisfactory environment in all buildings and to encourage growth and learning through a residential living experience. The Physical Plant is also responsible for maintaining the Austin College Lake Campus at Lake Texoma.
Student Billing
The Student Billing Office assists students with questions related to their student account, payment options, emergency loans, student loan exit counseling, 1098-T tax forms, and more. The office is located on the first floor of the Caruth Administration Building. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
