Campus Police & Safety wants to ensure your stay here at Austin College is a positive and safe experience. Our office is open 24 hours a day, 365 days per year in the Jackson Technology Center.

Please remember that all "911" calls go to the Sherman Ambulance/Fire/Police Dispatch Office.
Our Services
- On Campus escorts available 24/7 for safety or injured students who need a ride
- Motorist assistance - jump starts for dead batteries, getting keys out of locked cars, or assisting in calling a tow truck, if needed
- Lock changes for residence halls
- Medical escorts to the emergency room or to a doctor's appointment, if a Student Life representative is not available
- Building or room access to authorized students
- Issue temporary ID cards after hours to those who might have left their ID at home or in their room
The More that You Know
In the event of a threatening situation to the campus community, whether on campus or in the immediate campus vicinity, the Chief of Campus Police or a designate, will send out a campus crime alert via email identifying the threat or concern.
