Program Offerings | Supervisor Leadership Training Program | Administrative Professional Series | Resources
This leadership training program for supervisors will offer knowledge, tools, and learning experiences designed to enhance their ability to lead effectively. Each participant will join a cohort of other supervisors in 7 dedicated workshops beginning in September and ending in April. The workshops will provide a safe and collaborative environment to explore topics directly related to the challenges that face supervisors – and each participant will be expected to complete workplace assignments. This program will help to create a culture of support and shared language across campus by incorporating Brene Brown’s book Dare to Lead as a guide and common read.
