2024 Distinguished Alumni Award

For the past 20 years, Holly Mace Massingill has worked in residential realty, walking her clients through the often challenging process of purchasing their next home, and has become a demonstrated leader in her field. She has represented her industry on political committees and has also served on the Texas Realtors Board of Directors. 

Holly’s success and contributions to her field have been recognized by her colleagues. She has received a Production Award every year since she has been in real estate, and has been a finalist for the Platinum Top 50 Realtor. In 2022, she was named the Austin Board of Realtors Volunteer Advocate of the Year, and in 2023 she was inducted into the Realtors® Political Action Committee Hall of Fame. 

Holly served on the Austin College Board of Trustees from 2015 until 2023, endowed the Mace Massingill Scholarship, was a founding member of the Kappa Gamma Chi Scholarship Committee, and is Advisor to the Kappa Gamma Chi Alumnae Board, a position she has held since 2020.

Holly lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband Gavin Massingill and their son, Mace.
