Dallas graduated from Austin College in 2010, where he studied political science and leadership studies. At AC, he was the Student Body President and a member of the Posey Leadership Institute, the Chi Tau Chi fraternity, and the Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity. He then earned his Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech School of Law, and his Master's of Business Administration from the Texas Tech Rawls College of Business. During his time at AC, Dallas developed a passion for connecting with people, which ultimately led him to a career in recruitment. He is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Mammoth Holdings, and has managed recruitment at Omni Hotels and Tyler Technologies. With over a decade of experience in talent acquisition, he has been recognized as a LinkedIn "Top Recruitment Voice" and is a speaker at this year's TEDxAustinCollege: Illuminate. He currently lives in Plano, Texas, with his wife, Karen Edwards-Key ’09 and their two daughters, Lily and Summer.
