Frank Tooley grew up in Nebraska and attended Austin College on academic scholarship, graduating in 1990 with majors in business administration, economics, and psychology.  He played football for the ’Roos and was a resident assistant in Luckett Hall his sophomore and junior years.

Frank resides in Krugerville, Texas, and works at Sally Beauty Holdings in Denton where he leads the Customer Research & Insights team since he established that function in 2020.  Frank earned a Master of Marketing Research degree from the University of Georgia and has more than 30 years of experience leading research, insights, and strategy at companies such as Gillette, Nissan Motor Company NA, Harley-Davidson Motor Company, and Southwest Airlines.

He enjoys cycling, golf, and hunting.  Frank is also a Texas high school football and lacrosse official and recently officiated a lacrosse state playoff semifinal game in only his fourth year officiating.
