I have dedicated my career to serving my community and have worked in several direct service roles since leaving Austin College. I was an educator with Teach for America, a poverty law paralegal, and now work for the U.S. House of Representatives. 

Austin College instilled in me a dedication to public service and a desire to always give back to the community within which I live. I also credit AC with teaching me the value of interdisciplinary study and the powerful change that simple curiosity can bring.
