WageUp is an AI start up boosting front-line performance with gamification and AI tools. Employees earn points for successful behaviors (e.g. sales etc.) and can cash those points out for cash. A large language model we call "Coach" assists them in improving through training, goal-setting, and the identification of strengths and weaknesses. As the CTO, I help design models, write code, and lead my team in the development process. 

Austin College inspired me to be interested in the mind and how it works, which ultimately led to my interest in AI. After graduating from AC, I got my masters at Columbia University in Machine Learning (AI). Studying philosophy and learning about Buddhist perspectives of self are still useful in my research to this day.
