The North Flats, which opened in Fall Term 2020, provide students with living options beyond traditional residence halls. Suite-style residences are available for 130 students in the fully furnished North Flats. Each unit includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a shared living area. The complex offers a community room as a large social space for residents. The new North Flats are located on the northern edge of campus, near Jordan Family Language House.
