You will work with the Pre-Health Program and Career Services to identify and plan an off-campus internship to be carried out at a health care site, where you will gain a substantive view of the work performed in that particular profession. As part of the planning process, the student will successfully complete a workshop on self-directed learning, develop learning goals and identify tangible end products that can be evaluated by their faculty instructor, and identify an internship site supervisor who will oversee that the student's goals and objectives are met.
