• have the opportunity to create a new adaptation of an important work of literature. 
• present important (but sometimes hard to read!) social theory in a way that makes the knowledge more accessible. 
• develop a plan for dealing with a monument that is divisive in the community. 
• raise awareness around an important social issue.
