This form is meant as a way for student organizations to rent out CAB's equipment in the office to be used at student events. Equipment must be picked up at an agreed-upon date and time in order to be used and returned the same day (unless a multi-day rental is agreed upon). The CAB Officer present for pick up has the discretion to cancel the rental agreement after 10 minutes of said pick up time slot. Although being rented for free, some items might cost and will need to be purchased by the said organization via Aramark or an outside vendor. Note, that items with an asterisk will require one person in charge for the duration of the event (Pick-up, Use of, Clean-up, Drop-off). All items are expected to be used properly and for the intended use in the listed location, in addition to proper cleaning and storage. Failure to properly clean, manage, or handle the provided equipment will result in a semester ban of your organization from renting out CAB equipment, in addition to a report to the Director of Student Activities about the occurrences.
