Austin College Professor of History Hunt Tooley has a few open spots for alumni and friends on his January 2015 course, “World War II in the Heart of Europe.” The group will arrive in London a few days after Christmas, and from there travel to Normandy, Paris, the Ardennes, Berlin, Krakow (Auschwitz), and Vienna—and many places in between.
The full trip will last just over three weeks, but Hunt is willing to help arrange prorated “segments” of the trip (perhaps the Normandy, Paris, and Battle of the Bulge days, for instance)for alumni and friends not able to take the full trip.
The basic land package–covering hotels (3- and 4-star), breakfast, admissions, and coach and train travel—is around $4,200 for double occupancy (single is available for a bit more). Airfare is an additional charge, and Hunt is willing to help organize air travel also. Contact Hunt Tooley on Facebook or email him: email@example.com.
