Position Title: Licensed Professional Counselor Internship (LPC-I)
Employment Type: Part-time as needed
Work Schedule: Commit to set number of hours across the academic semester. Depending on intern’s obligations and ability to commute to campus, service could be provided across a week or in blocks of time on specified days, with occasional evening hours for groups.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary: Provides individual counseling. Interest and experience in providing group therapy and psycho-educational group programs on selected topics would be a plus.
Minimum Knowledge: (Obtained through education, experience, training, licensure, certification, or through a combination of the aforementioned.)Master’s degree from an accredited university and be classified as an LPC-Intern by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors.
