Position Title: Office Coordinator
Employment Type: 1.0 FTE
Work Schedule: M-F; 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; 10 months.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary: Provides administrative support, office management, and scheduling assistance for the Art & Art History Department.
Minimum Knowledge (Obtained through education, experience, training, licensure, certification, or through a combination of the aforementioned.): Associate’s Degree or equivalent
Desired Knowledge: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution. One year relevant experience in higher education and/or in art gallery/museum setting. Familiarity with Mac OS systems.
