You have four options:  

1. Online through your student's Self-Service - Available 24/7.  Debit/Credit card transactions will have a 2.5%   convenience fee; e-checks will not have a fee. 

2. By Mail - to Austin College 900 N Grand Ave, Ste 6F Sherman TX  75090.  Please include Student name and Student ID number on the check.  

3. By Phone - Cashier available at (903) 813-2443 from 9am - 3pm M-F.  

4. In Person - Business Office hours are from 8am - 5pm M-F. 

Each fall, first-year students will begin moving in on the Friday prior to the start of classes, with returning students following on the Sunday and Monday before classes typically begin on Tuesday. 
During the year, the residence halls close the week of Thanksgiving, during the winter holiday between semesters, and during spring break. During those breaks, students typically must leave by 5 p.m. on Friday and may return at noon the day before classes begin again. 
Students who need an extension may request one through the student life office.  At the end of the spring semester, students move out by 5 p.m. on the last day of exams.  Consult the Academic Calendar to find the corresponding dates for the current term. 
 

Spring Term Registration occurs the 2nd week of November

Fall Term Registration occurs the 3rd week of April

The Academic Calendar has the specific dates and your student will meet with their faculty mentor for advising to review the student’s degree plan and goals and help the student select their courses in the two weeks leading up to registration.
