Parents & Families
Important Contacts for Parents
Austin College has many on-campus resources your family needs to navigate the undergraduate years. You can contact these offices at any time for answers to questions.
Financial Aid Office
The Financial Aid office is your point of contact for understanding your student’s federal and institutional grants, loans, and scholarships. Once you’ve accepted your aid package, questions about student billing go to the business office.
Student Billing
Student Billing is responsible for assisting your student with questions related to their account, payment options, 1098-T tax forms, and more. If you would like to speak directly with this office regarding charges on your student’s account, make sure your student has completed the FERPA form granting you access.
Information Technology
If your student is having problems with the wireless network, accessing their email, printing, and more, direct them to submit an email to the HelpDesk, or give the Help Desk a call. The talented IT staff are here to help students to ensure a positive experience on campus with technology.
Student Life Office
The Student Life Office is your student’s go-to for all things related to their residential experience, campus organizations, and finding ways to get involved. Students are always welcome to drop into the Student Life Office, located on the second floor of the Wright Campus Center (WCC), to ask questions or share concerns.
Student Success Office
Success and support come in many forms for our diverse student body. The Student Success Office is ready to assist your student through strengthening their note taking and study skills, tutoring in a subject, hosting review sessions before the big midterm. Access Services supports students who request accommodations and works individually with students to coordinate those with their faculty.
Health & Wellness Services
Our nurse and counseling team are on campus to help your student navigate managing their physical and mental health and wellness. Our health clinic on campus provides a broad range of services and has a strong network with the local medical community to assist your student with any concerns.
