Description: A liberal arts education – an education of mind, body and spirit – is benefit throughout one’s life, but finding the right balance for your own wellness can be difficult. Wellness involves many aspects of a person’s life: physical fitness, diet, stress management, and social and community involvement to name a few. During this course, students will participate in a variety of workouts, take part in community activities, track their eating habits, grow in self-awareness, and share their discoveries (from reflection and research) with the class.

Section Requisites: Out of Pocket Expenses: Books or class materials not purchased by the instructor; sneakers, appropriate workout clothes, swimsuit and yoga mat.
