Steps to Activate your Austin College Account

   Financial Aid Self Service          Email

• To Activate your account and reset your password. 
  •  Login using your new Austin College username and temporary password.
    (You can find this information by logging into your admitted student Student Hub, or contact the Office of Admission at 903-813-3000)
  • Your temporary password is: lowercase first name initial, your date of birth, uppercase last name initial
    Example: Jane Smith, with a Jan. 17, 1992 birthday: j01171992S
• Create a new password and choose your security questions. Your new password must be at least eight characters, and must include three of the following four character types:
  • Uppercase letters (A-Z)
  • Lowercase letters (a-z)
  • Digits (0-9)
  • Symbols (#$%^&*, etc.)
• You may now login to Self-Service to view your financial aid offer, complete new student documents, and check your email.
