The Career Readiness Check consists of informational interviews between one student and two professionals to assess how prepared the student is for his/her career search and to personally connect the student with two professionals. Each interview is scored and the results are turned into a Career Action Plan, empowering the student to take valuable steps toward their post-graduation career goals.
Students should visit our Online Resources page and click on the “Employment/Internship” binder for additional resources and the Elevator Pitch. For a quick overview, view this YouTube video.
Prior to the event, students will need to upload their resume and have it approved by Career Center staff.
If you are a professional and/or alumni who would like to participate in this event, please email Christina Robertson, Coordinator of Program Support and Constituency Outreach or complete the Volunteer Form.
