DEADLINES: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

All applicants should also turn in at the same time a completed Release Form.
ELIGIBILITY: Second-semester freshmen, sophomores, and first-semester juniors in good standing at Austin College are eligible to apply for the program.
INTERVIEW: All applicants will have a personal interview with a committee comprised of the Coordinator of the PCPP and at least two members of the PCPP committee.
NOTIFICATION: Students would be notified of their application status in time for registration for the following semester (2-3 weeks after the application deadline).
CURRICULAR PLAN: Upon acceptance into the program, each student will fill out a tentative curricular plan for completion of the program. The student will do this in consultation with the PCPP Coordinator. This plan will remain on file in the office of the PCPP Coordinator, and it can be modified as needed, in consultation with the PCPP Coordinator.
ORIENTATION AND OTHER OPPORTUNITIES: Each semester, the Coordinator will conduct a workshop for all newly admitted PCPP students. The coordinator will organize gatherings of students in the PCPP, inviting students to attend on-campus or off-campus events related to PCPP topics of interest. At least once a year, the coordinator will organize a talk or Skype session with Peace Corps alumni or other representatives. The coordinator will also organize a social media page to facilitate interaction among PCPP students.
