Once you have been accepted for admission to Austin College as an international student, you must complete the Certification of Finances. The Certification of Finances documents the family’s ability to pay the total basic charges for the first academic year and beyond. This form along with a $350.00 matriculation deposit must be submitted by May 1 to the Office of Admission.
Upon receipt of these items, the Office of Admission will issue you an I-20 form needed to obtain an F-1 visa for study in the United States. To maintain F-1 status and enroll at Austin College you must prepay tuition, housing and meal costs, less any academic scholarships awarded by the college. Payment for each full academic year (fall and spring term charges) must be received no later than 45 days* prior to the first day of the fall term of each academic year.
*Note: 45 days prior to the fall term is approximately July 15 each year
