Honors for Academic Excellence Announced

Updated on: May 4, 2020

More than 75 Austin College students have been honored with scholarships and fellowships this spring for academic excellence in various disciplines of the College. These awards normally are made at the College’s annual Honors Convocation, an all-campus event that highlights the achievements of students and faculty.

  • See the Honors Convocation Program for 2020

Honors Convocation was canceled this spring due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Departmental faculty select the recipients in most cases. Many awards include research opportunities alongside faculty as well as financial awards for the next academic year.
