Occupation: Litigator at Norton Rose Fulbright. He assists clients during all phases of litigation, with experience in fiduciary duty disputes, competition, securities, intellectual property, constitutional law, environmental law, breach of contract, insurance, premises liability, and white-collar criminal law.
As an undergraduate, Preston was a History and Philosophy major. He played on the Austin College Kangaroo tennis team from 2014-2017, serving as Captain for the 2017 season, and winning the team’s Carroll Pickett (MVP) award twice. After college, he attended Washington & Lee School of law, where he graduated summa cum laude and Order of the Coif before clerking for the Chief Judge of the Northern District of Texas, Barbara M. G. Lynn, to begin his legal career.
Preston is married to a proud fellow 2017 Roo grad, Shannon (Mckelvie) Glasscock, also an attorney. The two live in Dallas.
